I have a big problem in the way my situation was handled at VODACOM, firstly my blackberry charging port came loose when it was done charging and when i pullded it out the the charging port came out with it. Now a week later when it was send up to Joburg for repairs they replied that i have physical damage the phone and broke the motherboard but the phone was working when i handed it in at VODACOM. I say its dew to a bad manufacturing problem and now VODACOM want to shy away from the problem. 2 Of there customer consultans that i was talking even put the phone down in my ear after trying to explain to them that i did not break it it just came out of the phone and now the say they dont cover that part of the phone. I have sended emails, phoned every departmend and all that i here is we wil get back to you its now almost 2 weeks and nobody has phoned me backed yet, if i dont here any news today or tomorrow i am going to stop my debit order at the bank and then VODACOM can pay the rest of that contract that is left of it and keep there phone.
I have been with them for the last 15 years and this is the first time i have experience this sort of attitude very disappointing.
