I have a Blackberry 9320 contract phone through Vodacom. The phone is less than a year old & has been to Vodacom Repairs 3 times in the last 3months. The first time my phone went in for repairs at Vodacom Repairs, they just gave me a new battery & upgraded the software, the second time it went in the lady at the Vodacom Repairs shop at Cresta was not able to tell me what was wrong with the phone & what repairs were done. On the 26th of October 2013 I had to send my phone in again for the third time cause my Blackberry was still switching off by its self even when the battery was full & now my Twitter account didn't even want to work anymore. I'm quite sick & tired of the time it is taking Vodacom to sort my phone out. Vodacom Repairs in Cresta didn't even offer me a loan phone in the mean time. I have been a loyal Vodacom customer for many many years & never had to complain about anything but lately it seems like Vodacom's services & customer care is getting worse. I'm seriously thinking of never renewing my cell phone contracts (I have 4 contracts) with Vodacom again cause I have lost my faith in Vodacom's customer care.
