About two months ago I sent my blackbery bold 9900 in for repairs as the key pad stopped working. Firstly I was given time scales which vodacom never met to start off with. Eventually I called the shop and was told that they handing me a "brand new" handset. Its now been two months and the "new" handset is doing the exact same thing. I only noticed yesterday there is a sticker inside the phone saying REFURBISHED. In my view that is not new. This was a repaired phone they fixed and gave me. Brand new means out of a sealed box. I'm so off right now. Should I take this phone in for repairs now then its again half a month wait and then end up with again. To make it worst its a contract phone and I have three contracts with vodacom and two prepaid number. If this cannot be sorted out I feel I need to cancel my contracts and refuse to pay the remainder of the contracts as this is utter!!! two months later and the same yet again, I'm not prepared to wait two weeks. Its either a band new phone in a sealed box or I wish to cancel all contracts and won't do any sort of pay in. So much for a new phone, used they give you then they claim its new
