Posted a complaint on here last week concerning my BlackBerry... Well... they did not fix it! It was sent to them on Monday and they should of received it on Tuesday. Well today is Wednesday and I got my phone back only to be told on the engineers report that it is physical damage and that the main board is bent! I told them the phone was bent! The whole phone is bent because it heats up!!! And the second part is BEHOND ECONOMICAL REPAIRS!!! Well Vodacom lets get one thing straight... that is not my problem, how could I bend my phone... And show me one person who has not dropped there phone? Please do, I am sure even the CEO of Vodacom has dropped his phone. Well I told them that I want a new phone, as this one has been faulty since I got it, if started with the battery. So now I would like to know why did they not have a look at any of my other complaints? Perhaps because they decided my phone can not be fixed... I want a new or refurbished phone from you VODACOM! I have a contract with you! The phone is only 8 months old and I am stuck on this contract for another 16 months. Jescom Technology is not even Vodacom but T/A Vodacom repairs Centurion. One off client!
