I do have another complaint agains Vodacom.
My mother has a contract with vodacom for so many years no. But never had a problem with her contracts at vodacom. She has a blackberry 9320 Contract with vodacom. The phone fell last week and did not want to switch on again. The light did not even go on. About 3 Months ago coffe fell on the phone but was was cleaned up and still worked like it should. Never had a problem with the phone nothing.
Blackberry has 2 white stickers in the phone witch you can see. The stickers was both still white when I took the phone in to vodacom. So what means the phone can not be damage by liquid.
I feel that they are not doing there job like they should. MTN Would have done a better job.
Also how can a phone work that got coffee on it for 3 months and after that period the phone fell and does not want to work even when it was in a protective cover. THe damage is not Liquid its something ells.
This goes to show Vodacom only want to make more money out of there CLIENTS!!!
