Poor customer service

I'm trying to subscribe to a 3G contract with Autopage.
First I was told this will take 2 to 7 working days to deliver. On day 7 I phone Autopage, to be told there logistics department has suspended all deliveries until further notice. After complaining at Nelisiwe Mthembu with regards to other complaints with Autopage, she confirmed that I can collect directly from Midrand's Autopage. After arriving there, and waiting an hour and a half, I was only able to get a sim card.

After numerous more phone calls, I had to go back to Autopage to collect the modem which should have been ready the previous day. This took another hour and a half as nothing was ready. I was told the line will be connected within 2 to 24 hours. It's now 5 days later, more than 10 phone calls later and it's not connected. The call centre operator is not even aware of the contract.

Today I'm cancelling all my contracts with Autopage. Only but having disgusting service from them. I'm keeping my side of the contract but they surely aren't.
