Infrastructure falling apart?

Virgin Mobile's engineers have been trying to reconnect me for 4 days. They are working on an 'upgrade'.

I have been put on a spreadsheet. Which means I am not the only one with this problem.

If you want to stay connected and its always important for you to have a cell phone that is working then stick to the bigger cell companies.
