Virgin mobile NO INFRASTRUCTURE
Virgin mobile is the only service provider with no cell towers/masts. They are also the only service provider that does not have a 5 digit sms facility. So although the sms show as sent it is not really the case as the party who is supposes to get the so called successful sms did not receive it. This is false / business practise. When I wanted to cancel due to their lack of providing this service I was told the only way is to pay the balance of the contract. I also received a phone that had a problem from day one. When it went in to their repair shop i was informed that it had liquid damage. I vehemently deny that i caused any liquid damage. My word as their customer was rejected and the repair shop report on the condition was not investigated.
My advice to future customers stay away from virgin mobile they bad news.
