This is my second report on virgin mobile who still haven't sorted out my contract, I have now spoken to several people at mobile and still my phone is not working, I can't believe the pathetic service. I want to cansel the contract as I have now reached my limit, the phone was supposed to be working on monday, they said they will be in touch, but no reply, I hate virgin mobile, they are the worst!!!
