Good day, received phone call today from head office representative offering to upgrade my contract and give me a new cellphone. Have just received a new cell phone a couple of months ago with a new contract. Was told it was a new 24 month contract, which is strange after just receiving a new contract! However the lady on phone said that she was phoning to offer a new cellphone and new contract and that Virgin Mobile phones at the end of a contract to offer this to its presently paying members My concern is that I could have been offered a new cellphone upon completion of my first contract with virgin mobile. For how many months did I pay and not have the opportunity? So I would like to query and see if virgin mobile has got it updated on their system that there is a new contract in place. Is it done and can virgin mobile see to it that there is a way to ensure that all the months paying without receiving a new cell phone can be perhaps reimbursed or sorted with a cellphone? Many thanks to virgin mobile for handling my last query so professionally.
