2 Weeks ago I got a phone call from a cell c agent asking me if I wanted a phone I said yes and completed the application telephonically. While on the phone with the call center agent I advised her that the phones she sent me via email did not interest me. I told her that I wanted the Asha 306. She said she spoke to her Manager and her Manager said that was fine. Two days later the courier company calls and advises me that they are delivering a Asha 303. I tell them that there must be a mistake as I requested an Asha 306 and tell them they need to send it back. I then contact Darnelle at the Randburg office cause the frustration of dealing with people that have no solution only excuses starts annoying me and she says that she will call me back not once but three times. I had to follow up and call her as she never returned my calls even after leaving numerous messages. Zuber who said he is the floor manager did not help much as I still did not get the phone I initially asked for as this phone according to him has been discontinued.
They explained that the lady who initailly sold me the phone has been suspended.
I DONT CARE IT IS NOT A SOLUTION.
