I've been waiting more than 2 weeks

I'm a Virgin Mobile client, have been for a few years. I phoned them on the 17th of April - to upgrade to a new phone. I paid what i needed to apy on the same day and sent through proof of payment. I was told on the phone that the phone is stock and will be delivered within 5 working days. it is now 3 phope calls and 13 working days later! still no phone, nothing!
I've already been debited for the new contract and everything! and i dont even have the phone yet!!! really! What the!
I've alwasy told everyone to go to virgin mobile - but i'll never do it again!
