SHOCKING SERVICES

NEVER GO TO VIRGIN MOBILE YOU WILL GET SHOCKING SERVICES. I have upgrade my contract on 26 August 2013. and I still can't use the phone because it was not activated yet, because there is a team working in Virgin Mobile to get the phones activated. I will not pay for this, and would like virgin Mobile to come and collect the phone and cancel the contract. I would rather go to Vodacom where I will get much better service. I have been trying to cancel one of my other contracts but the number they give you is not working and the email they give you is also not working. I want to take my business to Vodacom because there I will get better service. WHY MUST I PAY FOR BAD SERVICE... I want to cancel all my contracts with VIRGIN MOBILE...
