I must say Virgin Mobile is the worst network ever.
The customer service is extremely poor.
For the past few weeks I have been trying to contact Virgin Mobile. I had an upgrade almost a month ago, to date I have not received my phone, not even a call saying what's happening with my phone. I have sent numerous emails & I have tried to call but still I can't get any help, no response to my emails & no answer to my calls. Yet the debit order are going off my account. I am really tired of this. For the past two weeks I have been requesting a cancellation form, also with that I receive no help. may I please get assist urgently. I would like to cancel my account with virgin mobile.
I will stick with VODACOM!!!
