I have been trying since I received my cell phone from Virgin Mobile to sort it out. It was working one day and then not working for several days. I have spent my time since then calling their landline as I cannot get through to the call centre, and done numerous things that they have advised in order to rectify being able to use the phone continuously. I have still been paying my premiums even though I cannot use the phone. I was eventually advised that they would collect the faulty cell phone and have it replaced by this Friday. I am still waiting and still paying.
Please collect my cell phone so i can opt for another reliable, competent service provider.
