Unhappy with some Parmalat custard I had purchased, I called their Customer Care Line. Within a week an explanatory note arrived along with some vouchers. I was really very impressed with how efficient they were.
My one complaint would be that I was on the phone for ten minutes, much of which was spent in just trying to relay my details (name, surname, postal address etc.). It struck me that it would have been far less frustrating and time consuming for all concerned were there an address one could email - then there would be no back and forth trying to establish the correct details.
