I bought parmalat mozerella cheese in jan 2013 when I opened the cheese it was wrotten. I contacted parmalat regarding this matter. They phoned and said they will replace the cheese they took my address and I'm still waiting for them to deliver the promised replacement. They sent smses with ref numbers and still nothing!!! Bad and pathetic service!!! Money does not grow on trees!!!
