I send a complaint to Parmalat about a month and half ago because I bought a packet of Melrose cheese slices and just the top and bottom cheese slice was fine, but all the ones in the middle were rotten and green.
Parmalat responed by giving me a ref number for my complaint. That is all. I emailed them on Monday to hear what is happening with my complaint but still no reply. They tell you to let them know if the product is not up to standard and when you do they ignore you? Can somebody assist me in this matter.
