I recently purchased a 1 litre tub of Parmalat Strawberry yoghurt. When I opened it I found it was curdled and sour, yet it was long before the expiry date.
I contacted the Parmalat Call Centre and they took the batch number and expiry dates, as well as where I had purchased the tub from. I received a letter from them about a week later apologising for the poor quality of the product and found a voucher for a replacement of the product of 3 tubs of yoghurt.
This is fantastic service and I think Parmalat should be commended for their excellent attitude towards customer service! Keep it up!!
