I bought some bad quality Simonsberg cheese and complained to Parmalat. They responded initially with a rude aggressive stance which I refused to accept. Eventually what seemed to be a more senior person contacted me to sort out the complaint. She promised to send a courier to collect the bad cheese and deliver a hamper as an apology. Well, the courier did arrive to collect the cheese, but surprise surprise, NO HAMPER AND NO VOUCHERS. I never asked for a hamper or voucher, its what they offered, but PARMALAT could not even get that right!
its seems clear to me that they are not really interested in customer care, only in Parmalat care, which poor attitude does not suit me at all!
