No Response to Complaint

I emailed Parmalat on their customer Services email address from website. Purchased 1L Everfresh UHT Fat Free Milk from Checkers, Southway about a month ago. When I opened the carton on Sunday 10th March found it to be colourless water inside. The expiry date is 21.6.13. I have not received any response at all from Customer Service. I am retaining the faulty product for their inspection in my fridge.
