Parmalat PureJoy Peach-spoilt product-no feedback

I had bought a Pure -joy Juice Peach flavour 1 Litre. After drinking it, I had gastric infection of which i received medical treatment. I found a mud-like greenish/blackish substance like over-grown mould/fungi in the box. The expiry day is 10/2013, thus not expired. I contacted Parmalat customer care line on 4/02/2013 ref: 13/02/81, they assisted me by noting the complaint and collected the juice box on the 8/02/2013 by courier for laboratory testing. From then, there has been not feedback regarding the matter, till I called again on the 20/02/2013 ref: 13/02/667. The call agent mentioned that there was no feedback on the system except that the juice has gone for lab testing. She said I should wait for 14days from the day of initial complaint, and that they usually send postal feedback. I alerted her that there was Post Office strike in Gauteng at the time and I requested that they give me feedback in another medium i.e.email/call. She insisted that there was no strike because her supervisor does not know about it. thus it does not exist and that they do not have any other way to assist me but to wait for them to contact me. Till today, there has been no feedback, 14days had passed
