Parmalat and Simonsberg Cheese still

I bought some Simonsberg cheese which was bad and tried to complain. I contacted Simonsberg on their customer care line with zero response. I contacted Parmalat who distributes their products and had a complete run-a-round from everybody that I tried to get some response from. They promised me the world but eventually provided some vouchers as compensation. None of the vouchers was for the cheese that I had bought??
I tried to redeem the vouchers but could not find any of those products in Spar, Checkers or PnPay??
When I called them they said not to worry, I can redeem them anytime in the next 2 years. What is that??

Now, believe it or not, Simonsberg Cheese have added me to their mailing list. They NEVER bothered to contact me when I already purchased their bad product, but they think its OK to mail me their rubbish, without my consent and without ever sorting out my complaint. Who do they think they are. All attempts to e-mail them result in my mails being returned as undeliverable. So its Ok for them to send me their rubbish, but provide no way for me to contact them, and never respond to anything via their customer care contact. SIMONSBERG CHEESE!
