I was unhappy with some Melrose cheese wedges I had purchased and contacted Parmalat directly.

As with previously, Parmalat were professional and generous in their compensation and I did not need to turn to a complaints portal such as this as the company's own Customer Care Services were able to address the matter from start to finish.

My only complaint is that arranging for collection of the problematic product can take an inordinate amount of time and scheduling -- and become quite exhausting as a result -- such that it's almost not worth complaining to begin with if the process will involve product collection.
