I wrote to Hello Peter on 14th March regarding a Long Life Fat Free Milk that I had opened on 10th March and found to be separated and off. I emailed the Customer Service line but did not get any response. Hence I reported to Hello Peter. That very afternoon (14 March) I did get a telephone call from a very nice lady in Customer Services for Parmalat, who took down my telephone numbers and postal address etc and promised the matter would be referred to the relevant department and I would receive something via the post. This was two weeks ago and I have not heard an other word nor received anything in the post???
