Poor service

I swiped my card to buy my facial products (8/8/2013). It went through on my bank account but the slip on their side did not print. They refused to give my money or my products. After I went to the bank and got a statement to show them it went trough on my side. The manager was not very helpfull either and told me I can stand there till the next day, if the transaction does not show they will not give anything to me. I went back on wednesday (14/08/2013) Still not anything. Today is the 17th and I am still waiting. I am sorry but R860 is alot of money.
