FNB NOT AS HELPFULL AS ADS SAY AT ALL

On the 3rd of June 2013 I bought sweets from ABC sweet in Centurion. When paying, no slip print after paying with my card and I received the sms to confirm the funds are reserved. The merchant was sure the transaction didn't go through and wanted to process the transaction again. I refused and said I should speak to FNB first. FNB consultants said they could see the entry waiting for approval, the consultant spoke to the merchant and FNB said they would reverse the entry on their side, I can give my card to the merchant to process the entry again. I did then give my card to the merchant, believing FNB. After I left the shop I phoned FNB and confirmed that the entry will only debit my account once. On my statement it now shows the entry has gone through twice. I phoned my premier banker on Tuesday. Oscar said he would go and listen to the recordings and get back to me by Wednesday afternoon. I have phoned FNB this morning, but still nothing has been done, They now want me to fill in forms, this after I've spent more than an hour on the phone with FNB who assured me that the problem will be corrected. FNB will now phone me back, but unfortunately I do not believe them.
