Poor service delivery

I ordered 47 piece coockware set the begining of July up to date never received the goods. I deposited R6648.12 at FNB whith reference 101686822. Never received any feedback from them when I try to do followup all I'm gettng is attitute one of their employee dropped the phone while I was busy talking to them. Right now Homechoice gave me the tracking numbers to track the parcels myself from different post offices the confirmation that I got from this offices is that there are no parcels with those numbers. I have lost more money tracking these parcels even going to the post office for nothing so people out there be carefull of who you are dealing with when you place an order with homechioce. I have never seen this my entire life. I dont have the goods and I could be making more money out of the money that is currently in Homechoice FNB account.
