On the 17th December i purchased two iterms using my debit card. I saw my bank statement that they double charged me as they swiped my card twice because they said the first transaction didn't go through. I went to the bank for my bank statement and I showed the manager bank statement and till slip on the next day. Instead of giving me my money back she said she going to call me and untill now she never call me and I want my money back. Please help.
