Just over a year ago I bought a brand new Blackberry 9300 from American Swiss. I took it back to them because the speaker of the phone was damaged. When I received the phone two weeks later, my brand new phone was replaced with refurbished blackberry phone. They said Vodacom doesnt repair blackberry's but replace the damaged phones with another phone. Uptil today the phone is giving me problems because it is a old refurbished phone. And is not fair because I paid cash, R 2200 for a brand new 9300 blackberry.
