PIATTO MY MONEY!

Saturday afternoon I decided to take my mom and sister out for lunch. when the tie came for the bill to get paid our waitron brought it and swiped my card which declined the first time then swiped it again which declined again. My mother ended up settling the bill as the waitron had begun to think I was taking her for a ride. thereafter when we left the restaurant I received notifications from the bank that R718.50 had been withdrawn from my account from Piatto. infuriated by this I went back to the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager (Meshack) who told me "this always happens to customers and its not their fault but my bank's" and refused to give me the money back. Monday morning I had to go to the bank and print out a statement. the lady showed me on my statement R718.50 was transferred from my account into Piatto's but was waiting to be cleared as it was still in the suspense account. It is now Wednesday, I still do not have my money, we didn't even enjoy our meal!!! this franchise always disappoints us! I have not only been humiliated, but I have also been financially inconvenienced by them! I just want my money back.
