Good day,

I am very disappointed in your services. I had a 20 kg bale sent off from London Bales last week. According to your tracking system, I was supposed to have received it on Friday, 15 August 2025. Despite all the phone calls I have made to the head office and the Durban branch, I could not get a proper answer regarding where my bale is.

Firstly, I was told it was lost. Then, I was informed that I would get it before the 19th. After that, I was told it needed clearance from Risk Management to be released. Today, I was told it had two different waybills and was delivered somewhere else. I am losing sales every day due to all these unnecessary problems. What has Risk Management got to do with ladies' coats?

Each day, I am losing money, and nobody knows or has a proper answer regarding where my parcel is. I need assistance regarding this matter.
