I went to fill petrol & paid with my debit card, the petrol attendant told me that the transaction did not go through, & he needs to swipe my card again. I told him that the money was deducted from my account & that i had in-contact &showed him the sms that shows that the money was deducted. I logged into my accout on mycellphone & showed him my account statement. He insisted that the speedpoint machine showed an error, I asked him to call his Manager. The Manager said that the error message means that the money wasnt deduced, I showed him my account statement & asked him to give me the slip from the speedpoint machine to show that the transaction was declined so that I could pay again & take the slip to my bank. He told me that there was no slip & that I should park on the side to make way for other clients & he instructed the petrol attendants to drain out the petrol from my car. I gave him all my details (name, home & work address, ID nr, tel nr) & told him that I would not pay & he should get me arrested for it.
I confirmed with the bank that the money was in reserve in the filling station's account.
The Manager was rude & I will tell everyone I know not to use Bp Mooi street.
