We went to buy groceries in bethal shoprite . we purshed 244 items. everything were scanned trough. i gave the lady our debit card and she put it trough the till atm. the sms came through on my husband phone that the money has been dectuted from our account . on shoprite system at the till their were a error msg that sayed error report. and did'nt print the slip that i could sign on . the floor manager said we must wait . we waited about 15min and still no slip printed. the branch manager came out and said we must wait he is going to check if the money showed on their system . no friendly personel assist us . they were really rude . the money amount deducted were 3995.53. they refused to give us the groceries altough the money already went out of our bank account . we left and went to absa bank to reverse the transaction but could not . we don't have the groceries and shoprite didn't payed our money back . what must i do now??? and the security chased me out of the shop with foul language . they can go and have a look on their security cameras what happened
