I phoned The Courier Guy Kiosk in Heidelberg Gauteng to enquire about my package. Deborah Kokoka answered and refused to assist me in Afrikaans. I asked her to transfer me to an Afrikaans speaking person, but she just put the phone down. I phoned several times. She did not answer, and when she did answer, she put the phone down without answering.
