Romans Pizza

I bought pizza from Roman Pizza in Weltenvrede park. I paid by card, so the lady told me the first transaction did not go through, but could not give me proof, o I told her it is fine she can swipe it again, however must make sure that the first transaction did not go through. o the second one went trough I signed got my pizza and left. So the next day I got a sms that both of the transaction went through. So i drew a statement a took it to them showing them they took it of twice and need to give my money back, as I am not willing to pay R260 to get it reversed at the bank. So the lady stated that it must be a fault on the bank side as it did not go off twice even though I showed them my statement that it did go off, my statements cant be wrong. To this day I was not refunded and lost money. So be careful when you wipe your card, make sure you get a slip. It looks like this is how they make extra cash on the side
