It was on the 26 November 2013 I went to jet mart in midrand the boulders mall, I wanted to buy a gift voucher for r150, the cashier swiped my bank card and the money went out of my account because I got a bank notification on my cellphone, I then asked the cashier to check for me if the money is loaded on the card as I'm going to give it to someone as a present but when she checked it was saying that balance is r0, then she called the manager who said the that the transaction didn't go to their system the she swiped my card again for the second time, for r150.the manager Saud that it was a system problem the money will reverse but I didnt I then call the customer care they gave me a reference number even today I'm still waiting for my money to get reversed I went to the store with my bank statement which shows that the transaction went twice I relay not happy with the service I got from the shop they said that it takes 24hours but is more than that, how long must I still wait for my money to get reversed.
