Samsung Galaxy pocket not working properly

I am using the Galaxy pocket, which was recommended to me. I only had this phone since January. My ref no. refers: 7111945147. My phone had been in for repairs 4 times for the same problem. I get lots of promises from samsung to get the problem fixed, but nothing happens. I am told to take my phone to a "repair centre" 200km from where I am??? The problem was going to be escalated to the supervisor; who phoned me and told me that samsung is concerned with their customers. THIS IS NOT TRUE. They still cannot give me a working solution. This phone is having the same problems, tells me that the contacts I am trying to phone, does not exist, Firmware cannot communicate with Kies, SLOW take 5 min to make a call sometimes. does not respond. have to restart this thing 2 or 3 time per week. To name a few. THIS IS THE WORST PHONE ON THE MARKET TODAY. Samsung has the worst customer service.
