SAMSUNG GALAXY S2 HEADACHE!!! TOO MANY GLITCHESES

My Samsung Galaxy s2 is beyond problematic. Every time I send it in for a repair a few new glitches pop up.
Ive sent my phone away for 5 repairs and they telling me that all they can do is book it in for another.
Ive called Samsung directly and the women there told me what the problem was but when we took it in to the repair shop to tell them, they said its not that.
I don't even know where to go to complain as it seems Samsung themselves don't know there own products.
I had my phone repaired the day before I left overseas & I had problems beyond problems with the phone for a month and a half on my travel.
Im so frustrated, because im paying off a phone that cant be used half the time.
A phone which now costs the same as a S3!!!
I understand that this isn't MTN's problem and that its Samsung's manufacturers, so what do I do now?
Expecting a new phone with no glitches, is that too much to ask? or maybe not selling your customers a problematic phone in the first place.
I think the s2 should have had a recall as there is not one person I have come across that hasn't had a few problems with there S2.
I hope to get a response before my warranty expires or that's going to be another pro
