I took my Samsung note 3 in for repairs in December 2013. The problem with my phone was the ear phone socket wasn't working properly only one side was working and after I took it in they fixed it and it works now but now my phone freezes and I need to reboot it once a day. It constantly drops signal and I can't get hold of people and I had to change my settings for my wifi to work cause it would drop wifi as well..
I emailed Samsung about my initial problem and they told me about where I can get my phone fixed. Then after more problems started I sent them another email and they haven't responded and after I phoned Samsung to ask about the problem they just say I must take it in to the rooderpoort branch again so they can assess it again.
The initial problem wasn't my doing it was a factory fault and Samsung should be decent enough to replace the phone even out of the warranty cause it's their fault the phone is like this. Now what? I am not paying monthly for a faulty phone I am paying for the best phone out there now that should actually work properly. It
I am disappointed with their response and lack thereof.
