No Samsung Galaxy S4 battery stock in South Africa

This is just to voice my experience with Samsung regarding my S4 Galaxy phone. The battery is defective and i was told by a Samsung repair agent that the BD serial number batteries has a problem, mine has swollen, does not charge and my phone is not working. I can not find a battery for this phone. I am prepared to buy one. Phoned Samsung many times the last week just to find out which shop has stock, they promised that a supervisor would contact me, no one did. The battery is also not stocked at any 3rd party shop.

The repair agent in Garsfontein ordered stock of these batteries but has not received any stock. I the mean time we have a phone under warranty that can not be used.

I will drive anywhere in Pretoria /JHB area to go and buy a battery. The call centre person that i spoke to today told me that i should phone all the Samsung branches to find out who has stock... Apparently they Samsung can not find out.

We have 5 Samsung phones is our household. This service however leaves a bitter taste. I love my Samsung phone but it should be a package, good smart phone and good service. What is the point in having such a high value phone if we receive service
