Samsung Galaxy Pocket phones are faulty

I have bought two Samsung Galaxy pocket phones at around June 2013 from the Vodacom Shop in Hartbeespoort.(For me and my wife).
These phones are rubbish and they never work. I returned my phone within 24 hour after the purchase. After long stories the phone was replaced with a new one sealed in a box.
A week later my wife's phone gave the same problem. 3 Phones with the same problem tell me that there is a manufacture problem with the galaxy pocket phone. The phone is on, but we do not receive calls or can't make outgoing calls. Once the phone is switch off and on again it will work for about 5 hours again. I am never able to get hold of my wife, because the phone goes to voice mail- and she can never get hold of me. I am sick and tired to any receive urgent voice messages when my phone was switch on. These phones are not reliable at all. I expect from Samsung SA to replace these phones to prevent further action taken.
