What an absolute pleasure to deal with Samsung. I renewed my cellular contract with MTN on the 3rd October on the Samsung Galaxy smartphone and the Samsung LED TV deal. Correspondence was done on a regular basis. What a pleasant surprise when my Samsung TV was delivered to me on the morning of the 11th October just after 8h00. Excellent customer service, friendliness and no empty promises. My Samsung Galaxy is working perfectly and so is my Samsung LED TV. Thank you.
