Good morning. My Name is Mbalenhle Ngcangula and I live in Graaff-Reinet. Every morning my friend and I go to Hungry Lion Graaff-Reinet and I have to mention that the service is always poor. When you get inside, the music is so loud you cannot even hear yourself think. Every morning we are made to wait for at least 15-20 minutes for the wings to be ready.
This morning we had to wait for the cashier to finish counting her cash for the till, mind you the shop opens at 08h00 and we were there at 08h00. Always so many issues in that shop. Slow service, no sense of urgency. Just employees walking around like they own the shop.
