Hello Peter,

I bought an Ipad 3 sleeve or a cover on the 28th of April at the iStore in Fourways JHB. I realised that i dont like it and i returned it to the iStore in Centurion because i live in Midrand and work kin Pretoria.

On Monday the 29th i took it back to the store and the guy by the name of Ryan Just took my orignal invoice and made a took my debit card and did a reversal and he never gave me my invoice.
He said i must go the money is back in my account. He then gave me a slip from the speed point.
Then past three days with no money in my bank account. I then went to he store again and was told the money is sitting somewhere in their suspense account. Firstly i was told the sales person was not supposed to reverse money in my bank account rather gave me cash. It went on with arguments and days passed. Last week i called The Core Group. The sole distributor of Appe products. The lady by the name of Claudia was helping me and she promised to call back and never the call back was made.

I have now called them many times and no one is calling me back. I recommend that we reconsider when we buy Apple Product because the service is so bad its not a joke. They need to service.
