I ordered a new cellphone from Vodacom a few weeks back, but was not available when the delivery was made. The driver contacted me and we arranged to have the package delivered the next week. It appears as if Vodacom was notified of this change. However, the new delivery date came and went, and after calling both RAM and Vodacom I discovered that that even though Vodacom was updated with the new delivery date, RAM returned the package to Vodacom the day after I spoke with the driver because of non-delivery.
I've now had to go through the entire order process again with Vodacom and the upgrade has been put on back order as Vodacom do not have stock of the particular model.
