I ordered a cellphone from Vodacom that had to be delivered to my office. i received a call from Ram on Tuesday to find out if they can deliver. i told the lady that I was not at the office on that day and will be back on Wednesday. she promised to call me the wednesday to arrange a delivery time. i got a call from their driver at about 3 that day saying that he was at my office. i told him the same thing that i explained earlier to them. on wednesday i received no call and eventually called them at about 1:30pm. i was told that the parcel is out for delivery and the driver will contact me. called again at about 4 to enquire and was told that they cannot call the driver but it will still be delivered. eventually i left work on wednesday with no call and no delivery. when i called this morning, i was told that the parcel has been returned to vodacom because they tried 3 times to get hold of me and didnt succeed. when was this? who did you call because I was waiting for you? this is terrible service and now i get told by vodacom i have to go through the whole order process again all because of Ram not delivering. i want my delivery, this is pathetic service from RAM.
