ASSUMPTIONS COST ME

Wife was driving in the morning of the 10/12/2013 @ 6:30am to work, she was driving on the N4, suddenly she heared a tire burst, she called me for assistance because it was raining, on my arrival I did the ussual to change the tire, I found/saw that the brake disc was damaged/broken, we were tawed to Rustenburg Audi, we were interviewed for almost 25 mnts, after the explanation they submitted an assumption report to Audi South Africa that we hit a pot hole/impact on a National Road (N4) without them doing a proper investigation, now Audi Warranty says they won't pay for the cost it is our responsibility, the car is under warranty (2011) model. There's no pot holes on N4, I HOPE THAT CHRIS KHUMAL (Audi customer service manager) must visit Rustenburg Audi without notification to view the service rendered. IM STUCK FOR THE FAMILY HOLIDAYS BECAUSE OF ASSUMPTIONS CAUSED BY RUSTENBURG AUDI, BOOKINGS MUST BE CANCELLED, I LOST A LOT, I ALMOST LOST MY WIFE BECAUSE THE CAR CEASED MOVING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD DURING PICK HOURS, they never cnsidered that life was at risk.
