I ordered a handset from Vodacom online. The deal was that the package will be delivered within 24 hours. The courier office phoned claiming that they couldn't get hold of us, and promise that the package will be delivered the next day, guess what no delivery! I phoned Vodacom to help me out, with their excellent service they sorted it out and let me speak with one off the workers at Ram. The lady promised the package will be delivered on the 28th between 13:00 ant 15:00. I phone at 16:00 the lady checked with the driver, he said he couldn't get the address, that after I spelled the address the day before to them. When I asked the lady if they will get the address she responded that they will because they makes lots of deliveries in Middelburg! Ram are putting Vodacom in a negative position! Because the are the couriers, and some people don't understand that the couriers are the bad once. I have never had such bad service
