I ordered a chicken finger feast around 17:40. I waited until 6 o'clock and rushed back to work. When I came back around 18:30, they said they didn't have my order due to load shedding. I ordered very early, and I know very well that they gave my order to someone who ordered after me. Their customer service is very bad, and it's not the first time something like this has happened to me.
